Weider launches the 21-day challenge to get in shape before the summer avoiding injuries

MADRID, 22 Jun. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Weider, one of the pioneer companies in specialized nutrition and supplementation in Spain, has launched the ’21-day challenge’, a three-week training program to get in shape before the summer without getting injured in the attempt.

As indicated by the company, the objective of this program “is to make the most of the hours in the gym efficiently and avoid possible injuries due to overexertion.”

The plan has been designed by personal trainer Paula Ellis, who seeks to tone up and lose weight safely. The exercise routine is structured to train all parts of the body every day and includes toning and cardio exercises.

The training is designed to train five days a week, leaving two days off, and in each of them a specific part is worked on (lower body, upper body, full body, cardio, etc.) and thus exercise at the end of the week whole body. In addition, this proposal includes guidelines for food supplementation to optimize recovery and complete the challenge until the last day.

When tackling this 21-day challenge, exercise needs to be accompanied by a healthy diet and supplements that help the body prepare for the extra effort, and for this reason, Weider recommends taking one or two capsules of ‘Ultra Burner’, which helps improve results due to its thermogenic effect, that is, it helps increase the amount of heat that your body generates to digest food, facilitating fat burning
quickly.

During training, at breaks, from the mark
specialized in nutritional supplements recommend drinking two scoops of ‘PREMIUM BCAA 8:1:1 + GLUTAMINE’ mixed in 600 ml of water to keep the muscles fed during training and promote recovery. And, at the end, consume a ‘VEGAN PROTEIN’ shake mixed with water to promote recovery; or, ingest one of ‘ISOLATE PROTEIN 100CFM’ mixed with water.
