It is estimated that they will participate in the Final Four, all of them with nationalities other than British and therefore forced to serve a quarantine upon entering the country. Although exceptions are already being made for players and workers in the matches that are being played at Wembley, expanding this to almost 3,000 people is what worries UEFA and puts the government of Boris Johnson in check, which would have to turn a blind eye to large numbers of people if you decide not to relax the current measures.
