As confirmed by the lawyer Enrique Trebolle to The vanguardthe lawsuit will also be filed against La Fábrica de la Tele, producer of the Rocío Carrasco docuseries and other programs such as Save me.

But not everything is there. The right-hander has processed a criminal complaint against the wife of Fidel Albiac for “falsity” because of a document that Carrasco provided in the legal action that he carried out Glory Camila before the broadcast of the second part of his docuseries with the intention of protecting the integrity and honor of his mother.

In said process, the bullfighter’s daughter asked her sister and the production company La Fábrica de la Tele to hand over any private documentation of La más grande, since it was also her right as a daughter, however, they denied being in possession of any document private that was exhibited in the docuseries. Although, Carrasco did want to provide a document that was not part of his docudrama, although the lawyer Trebolle refused, considering that “it was outside of what was procedurally ordered.”

Now, the lawyer explains to the aforementioned media what happened with that document, whose content is unknown: “That document, of which we were provided a copy, has been the subject of a solvent and detailed calligraphic expert report, which has served as the basis for the filing of a criminal complaint for falsehood against Rocío Carrasco, which is pending a final judicial resolution, upon conclusion of said expertise that the letter that is reflected in that ‘document’ does not correspond, in any way, with that of Doña Rocío Jurado, and that is reputed to be a forgery or imitation of Doña Rocío Jurado’s handwriting, in a handwritten letter, dating from 1962, when Doña Rocío Jurado was 18 years old. Hence the criminal complaint for falsehood”.
