British comedian and actor Russell Brand48 years old, has recently been accused of rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse according to an investigation carried out for more than a year by The Times, The Sunday Times and the program Dispatchesfrom the Channel 4 television network.

According to investigations, one of the alleged victims wrote a letter to the presenter saying: “You completely destroyed me.” The alleged rape occurred in July 2012 at the actor’s home in Los Angeles. Just a week later, he presented the closing ceremony of the London Olympics and she exploded when she saw him, which is why she wrote this letter against him.

The businesswoman, who has not revealed her identity and has spoken under the pseudonym Nadia, wrote: “Do you know what you put me through? My body through? My emotions and my body are upside down… You scared me a lot on July 1st.

He added: “I thought in any situation I would be strong enough to fight someone. But when it comes to someone you know, you don’t expect to be put in that position. You completely destroyed me.”

Four women have claimed to have suffered sexual assault by the British actor and presenter between 2006 and 2013. After the news became public, Brand posted a video on his social networks this Saturday, September 16, giving explanations and denying “the serious accusations.” Likewise, the protagonist of Get Him to the Greek (2010) assured that these accusations belong to the time when he worked in the world of cinema and the media.

“I was very, very promiscuous and the relationships I had were always consensual. I was always transparent with them, maybe even too transparent,” he said. Furthermore, Brand wondered “if there is a coordinated plan behind these accusations.”
