Messi says “yes, I want” to David Beckham: moving to Miami with Antonela and the children

Setback in the football transfer market: Messi, one of the great figures of European sport, leaves the First League to cross the seas and join the ranks of Inter Miami next season. The Argentinian has accepted the offer of David Beckhamamong other reasons to make his wife happy, Antonella Rocuzzowho saw this as the best option for family stability.

The saying goes: behind a great man, there is always a great woman. Antonella considered her husband’s options, but the plan to move to the United Arab Emirates did not convince her, not even for the 400 million euros that Al-Hilal offered her. Barça have also been left hanging, who tried to recover their great star to reactivate their economy, but the negotiations have not come to fruition either.

Finally, and in the absence of formalizing the contract and negotiating sponsorship terms with Adidas and Apple, it is David Beckham and his Inter Milan who win the goose that lays the golden eggs. Although nobody is going to get scared, because Messi already warned him in an interview with Évole a few months ago: “I would like to play in the United States and experience life and the league there.”

The couple is delighted with their decision. Miami is an epicenter of the stars, it offers sea, sun and sand, very good schools for their three children (Mateo, Thiago and Ciro) and, in addition, they do not have to look for a house, since they already have two: a luxury apartment on the Porsche Tower and another on the ninth floor of a building in Sunny Isles, north of Miami Beach. They acquired the latter with a view to their transfer, a year ago, for six million dollars. It is a furnished apartment of 500 square meters with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, sea views and an infinity pool. In addition, it has a cold room with a capacity for 1,000 bottles of wine.
