Koeman's last list: Pedri falls, but Jordi Alba enters

Ronald Koeman gave this Friday what will surely be his last call-up as coach of FC Barcelona. The Dutch coach will not finally be able to count on the Canarian midfielder, Pedri, who relapsed from his left leg quadriceps injury, practically ruling out his presence with the national team next week to play the Nations League.

At least the Dutch coach recovers Jordi Alba, injured since the game against Bayern in the Champions League. The defender, who suffered a broken hamstrings, has in any case very difficult to reappear in the eleven, especially after his record of relapses and even more after the confirmation from the club that Pedri has relapsed again.

Unfortunately in the medical services relapses are on the order of the day: players like Sergi Roberto, Araújo and Gerard Piqué experienced very similar situations last season, relapsing after precipitation errors. Do not forget that Pedri started against Benfica, injuring himself in the 70th minute.

Who is on the list is the young talent Gavi, after new call with the absolute. There is also Ansu Fati, although not yet to start from the beginning.

Who has not recovered in time is Alejandro Balde, who has had complications in his low back pain, as we anticipated in AS, thus joining the list of the Blaugrana nursing, which still has Braithwaite, Dembélé, Pedri and Agüero, as tenants.

The complete list of players for the game against Atlético (9pm) this Saturday at the Wanda Metropolitano is as follows: Ter Stegen, Neto, Piqué, Dest, Lenglet, Mingueza, Umtiti, Sergi Roberto, Alba, De Jong, Araújo, Eric, Sergio Busquets, Fati, Memphis, Riqui Puig, Coutinho, Luuk, Demir, Peña, Gavi and Nico.
