Enrique Álvarez Orcajo, new president of the FEDDF

Enrique Álvarez Orcajo was unanimously elected this Saturday as the head of the Spanish Sports Federation for People with Physical Disabilities (FEDDF), after the elections held at the entity’s headquarters.

Álvarez, who since last February held the position of interim president after the resignation of José Alberto Álvarez, has an MBA in management of sports entities and has been linked to sport throughout his life, either as a semi- professional, coach of various disciplines or even tennis judge-referee.

Previously, and since 2012, he was president of the Madrid Federation of Sports for People with Physical Disabilities (FMDDF) and is also a member of the Spanish Paralympic Committee.
