Coudet: “The need to win sometimes makes us rush”

Argentine Eduardo Coudet, Celta de Vigo coach, highlighted the importance of the triumph achieved against Elche (3-1) because his team “needed to win”, in a duel in which, in his opinion, they were superior to the rival despite that they did not sign their best performance.

“Elche is a difficult team, in need, but after the third goal we no longer suffered. They were a tough opponent who had just played a great game with Villarreal and it was difficult for us to enter. For us, the need to win sometimes makes us rush ”, he commented.

The Argentine coach was “happy” to win again, but insisted that they will suffer “difficulties” until the end of the season because they have a short squad, so he doesn't want to talk about Europe.

“For the next game we can no longer count on two players -Brais and Aspas will complete the card cycle. That's why I always say that you have to see reality and if we cannot count on our best player, it is a greater difficulty. We have a long week to prepare in the best way for that match, “he said.

In this sense, he said that with Iago Aspas he “never gets angry” because “it is very difficult to get angry with a guy who competes the way he competes. If Iago runs, he has to run to the coach. At some point I was going to receive the fifth yellow because nothing is saved.
