The FC Barcelona player Sergio Busquets stated this morning that “it is time to get excited about the signings” that the Barça entity has undertaken this summer, although he acknowledged that it is not “much use” to say that the incorporation of Robert Lewandowski is “the best of LaLiga Santander” before the start of the competitions.
“It is time to get excited about the signings and see that an enormous job is being done. These last few years have not been the best and now we see that the club can do it. At the level of signings, we had not signed much for years and now it is more exciting Now it’s time to compete and that will mark how the team goes. The new additions have to assume Xavi’s concepts,” said Busquets at a press conference from Miami.
Thus, one of the captains of the squad celebrated that “a very big effort is being made by the club” to complete a competitive squad. “I am very happy that the club is making this effort and players of this world stature are coming. We hope that it goes in the best possible way, to compete and win titles,” he added.
“The arrival of Lewandowski means a lot, he is a world-class player, he scores many goals, he will bring us enthusiasm and work.
