The national women’s field hockey coach, Adrian Lock, provided this Wednesday his list of 18 players to compete in the World Cup that will host Terrassa and Amstelveen (Netherlands), and with midfielder Júlia Strappato and forward Flor Amundson as reserves .
In this way, those chosen by the coach are Melanie García and Jana Martínez as goalkeepers, Constanza Amundson, Xantal Giné, María López and Candela Mejías as defenders, Laura Barrios, Maialen García, Lucía Jiménez, Georgina Oliva, Beatriz Pérez, Alejandra Torres- Quevedo, Laia Vidosa and Clara Ycart as midfielders, and Sara Barrios, Begoña García, Belén Iglesias and Marta Segú as strikers.
