Achraf Hakimi’s lawyer speaks of an “extortion attempt”

The imputation of Achrafi Hakimi by the judge handling his case has been one of the news of the day. The prosecution’s investigation provides sufficient data for the magistrate to have given the green light and prohibited the footballer from approaching or contacting the alleged victim. Hours after breaking the news, the Spanish-Moroccan lawyer has sent a blunt statement: “I remember for my part that the informant refused to file a complaint, refused to undergo the slightest medical or psychological examination and that the accusation was based solely on his words.”

the lawyer Fanny Colin He describes the woman’s acts as an “extortion attempt” and assures that his client is “serene and at the disposal of justice.” And he adds: “My client maintains all his statements. He has chosen to express himself exclusively before the courts and does not want to publicize the case, in particular to preserve his safety.”

And while Morocco and PSG defend Hakimi’s innocence, the one who hasn’t said a word is his own wife, Hiba Abouk, whom the scandal has caught on vacation in Dubai with her two children, Amín and Naím. Some media point out that the couple has been going through a crisis for months and that the protagonist of Prince could announce their separation via statement in a few days.

It was last Saturday when a 26-year-old girl went to a Val-de-Marne police station to report that she had been sexually assaulted by Achraf Hakimi. According to her version, she had gone to the player’s house, located in Boulogne-Billancourt, to meet him after weeks of exchanging messages. There, Hiba Abouk’s husband reportedly surpassed her with her, who managed to escape from her and call a friend of hers to pick her up in her car.
