1-1. Blanco Leschuk leaves Alcorcón frozen

A goal by Argentine Gustavo Blanco Leschuk in the 83rd minute allowed Oviedo to add a point in Santo Domingo and left Alcorcón frozen that took the lead at 62 seconds with a goal from Nigerian midfielder Kelechi Nwakali.

With almost no time to settle on the pitch, the Venezuelan side Víctor García put a cross from the right that the Azulona defense cleared leaving the ball in front so that Kelechi, unopposed and with a low right hand, surprised Joan Femenías.

The goal changed the game at the minute of the start and since then Alcorcón became a dominator without claw against an Oviedo stunned by the blow received but who recovered and was able to tie in the middle of the first half with a crossed shot from Rodri that Javi Castro took out on the goal line.

That would be the only approach for Oviedo until the break, which was good for the break because he jumped onto the pitch in the second half with renewed air.

At 48 minutes Javi Mier tried his luck with a header that Dani Jiménez stopped and shortly after an inaccuracy between Obieng and Rodri, when they only had to push the ball, ended with the ball walking through the area without a finisher.

That momentum from Oviedo as the end approached caused Alcorcón to retreat back and begin to suffer until its worst omens were fulfilled in the 83rd minute, when Argentine Gustavo Blanco Leschuk won the position from José León and, with a cross header, equalized the score.

With the tie, Alcorcón adds 32 games and remains in the fight for permanence while Oviedo, with 39, retains its wide cushion with relegation.
