The Valencianist Tidal Platform, headed by the businessman and former vice president of the club, Miguel Zorío, has filed a complaint with the Tax Agency to investigate all operations carried out between Valencia C.F. and the Portuguese representative Jorge Mendes. Especially to clarify “what have been the commissions accrued by Mendes through their companies and if there have been payments to Peter Lim or any of its multiple 'off shore' in tax havens”. “Either from Valencia CF, from companies on behalf of Mendes or from the clubs involved in the sale of said players.”

'Marea Valencianista', who leads the opposition to the current board of the magnate Peter Lim, also requests that all transactions carried out between the club and the owner, Meriton Holdings Limited, be tracked in case they have incurred any type of “tax violations.”

The complaint has been filed after the macro-operation carried out by the Portuguese tax authorities against the agent of Cristiano Ronaldo and the great Portuguese clubs, baptized as 'Out of Game', and after the “null clarification” at the General Meeting of Shareholders on December 13 “of the expenses accrued in relation to senior management personnel”.

'Marea Valencianista' maintains that “it has not been detailed what natural persons have collected those amounts”, which amount to at least 2.2 million euros and remember that the members of the board of directors of the club and their owners “allegedly have companies in tax havens or participate in them.”

Thus, the former executive president Lay hoon directs the RSP Design Consultant LTD companies in Inda; Anil Kumar, Chairman of the Board, also has the Indian company FLYVI Technologies Private Limited; and Koh Kim Huat, current executive director has the entity Koh Kim Huat Eng Sdn, based in Malaysia.
