Sommer becomes Onana’s replacement at Inter

MADRID, 8 Ago. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Swiss goalkeeper Yann Sommer is already a new Inter Milan player with whom he signs until 2026 and who arrives from Bayern Munich to thus become the replacement in the interista goal for André Onana, as reported by the club through his website this Tuesday.

Yann Sommer has been chosen by the ‘neroazzurra’ technical secretariat to be Inter’s new goalkeeper, current runner-up in Europe. The 34-year-old Swiss arrives from Bayern Munich, where he arrived last winter market to replace the injured Manuel Neuer and with whom he played 25 games in which he conceded 31 goals. The Helvetian has signed with the Italian team until 2026.

“This is an important club at Italian and world level, with a great tradition. Playing for a team like Inter represents a new challenge in my career. I am looking forward to playing at San Siro to see the fans and experience the atmosphere of Milan: It’s good to be here”, commented Sommer on the Inter website.
