Morata conditions everything

Juventus has until May 31 to exercise the purchase option it has on Álvaro Morata (10/23/1992). The Italian club still has time to do it, but at Atlético they already know that they will not pay the 35 million euros that they should pay to keep the footballer. And Atlético does not want to give away a player who has an important cache. Juventus intends a reduction of that amount, but the Madrid entity is not up to the job: 15 seem few for a footballer who is international for Spain. The economic situation of Juventus prevents him from staying with Morata.

That’s the way it is, Morata will return to Atlético and will surely be one of the leading players in the next summer market. The man from Madrid will condition the future preparation of the rojiblanca squad, since Simeone’s team will be reinforced with a 9. At Atlético they consider that Morata will start the preseason under the orders of Cholo, with whom the relationship is not especially affectionate, and later market movements may place you on some other team.

Morata has two more years of contract with Atlético. In the rojiblanco team nobody doubts his quality and if no offer arrives that satisfies the Madrid club, he will start the year with Atlético. In the entity of the Wanda Metropolitano they know that the summer will be long and that the center forwards are priced expensive. If Morata leaves, another quality center forward will arrive. But it will be impossible for that to happen if the Juventus player until now does not find another team. Barcelona has sounded like a future club for the Spanish international. And Arsenal is another of the clubs that is very attentive to the footballer’s situation.

Morata has played 48 official matches with Juventus, with 12 goals and nine assists. He scored nine in Serie A (and seven assists), two in the Champions League and one assist; and one in the Italian Cup. In addition, he gave an assist in the Italian Super Cup. Atlético has to find a substitute for Luis Suárez. Hitting the 9 is a priority for Andrea Berta, although Morata conditions everything. The man from Madrid will return and right now his future is not at all clear: Atlético does not intend to give away a footballer who still has years ahead of him to offer a high level.
