The president of the I raised, Quico Catalan, explained this Wednesday that he has not received any calls from Real Madrid for an alleged interest in the Segovian midfielder Jorge de Frutos nor the Athletic club for the goal Aitor Fernandez.
Catalan, in a face-to-face press conference to analyze last season, assured that neither now nor “months ago” have they called him from Real Madrid, although he clarified that the Madrid club “highly values” the player.
“There is no interest in Jorge de Frutos”, Catalan insisted, who recalled that the Real Madrid owns fifty percent of the economic rights of the end.
