The American pivot David Kravish reinforces the ‘painting’ of Unicaja

MADRID, 23 Jun. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The American pivot David Kravish, 29, is a new Unicaja player, with whom he signs for one season with the option of another one and to which he arrives after having played the last two in the Turkish Galatasaray, with whom he played in the League and Champions League.

Kravish has a remarkable career in Europe, and he already knows what it’s like to play in the Endesa League, as he wore the colors of Manresa four seasons ago. Unicaja defines him as “a pivot with mobility who can provide energy in the fight for rebounds and blocks”.

David Kravish is 2.08 meters tall and studied at the University of California at Berkeley, from where he made the jump to Europe to play for the Finnish BC Nokia, from where he went to Poland, to Energa Czarni Slupsk, and then to Belarus, where he played both in the Tsmoki-Minsk as in the Avtodor Saratov. Later he played a year in Manresa, another in the German Bamberg and the last two in Galatasaray.

In the last course he averaged 9.7 points per game, accompanied by 5.7 rebounds and almost one block per game on average in 23 minutes played. In his only year in the Endesa League he played 21 games, averaging 12.1 points, 6.7 rebounds and one block.
