The agreement for the statutes of professional women’s football is imminent

A text where the last fringes related to the commercial exploitation of the rights of the clubs are resolved. Especially because of the demands from the white group to be able to individually exploit these rights. Especially in those derived from audiovisual broadcasting.

Once this definitive consensus is reached and on which they have been negotiating for months, it will be when the Statutes are approved by the CSD Board of Directors.

AFE is considering actions if there is no agreement in mid-November

First division footballers who already know what their Christmas vacation dates will be. As the Sports World has known, the Association of Spanish Footballers (AFE) On October 19, it convened the Joint Committee for Women’s Football to apply the Collective Agreement to comply with the provisions of article 11, in relation to the 5 additional consecutive days of vacation that must be agreed upon in said Committee.

Before this meeting, the union consulted the players of the 16 Spanish women’s soccer teams to find out their position regarding the Christmas holidays.

In this way, the teams will also have five or six days to prepare this new day after the vacation return that will allow the players to enjoy the dates of Christmas Eve and Christmas as well as the end of the year in 2021 and the new year’s day in 2022. The union does not hide their satisfaction for having managed to reach this agreement that is part of the first existing collective agreement in the history of Spanish women’s football.
