Spanish defender Jesús Navas, out between two and three weeks with a hamstring injury

Sevilla CF reported this Tuesday that the Spanish defender Jesús Navas will be out for a period of between two and three weeks due to a mild myofascial injury to his left hamstring suffered in the last LaLiga game against Elche.

“The Sevilla FC Medical Services inform that the player Jesús Navas, who had to retire due to some discomfort last Saturday in the match against Elche CF, will be out for a period of between two and three weeks due to a myofascial injury of a nature slight injury to his left hamstring,” the club said in a statement.

The 37-year-old defender, who had to leave the pitch just before the break, has improved in the last 24 hours, so he will carry out recovery work until he gets ready.
