Seville and Getafe reach an agreement in principle for the transfer of Óscar Rodríguez

MADRID, 17 One. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Sevilla and Getafe announced this Monday that they had reached an agreement in principle for midfielder Óscar Rodríguez to play on loan for the ‘azulón’ team until the end of this 2021-2022 season.

The player from La Mancha joined the Sevilla team in the summer of 2020 from Real Madrid and after having played in LaLiga Santander in the ranks of Leganés, but he has not counted for much for Julen Lopetegui, especially this season.

The midfielder leaves Sevilla after having played 44 games, 31 in the League, seven in the Champions League and six in the Copa del Rey, with two goals scored. His arrival is a new reinforcement for Quique Sánchez Flores, who last week already received loans from AS Roma for striker Borja Mayoral and midfielder Gonzalo Villar.
