Rashford, ready against Granada

Manchester United have received some good news heading into Thursday's Europa League quarter-final first leg against Granada, as forward Marcus Rashford will travel with the English team after overcoming an injury.

The English international, who has scored 19 goals and provided 12 assists in all competitions this season, suffered a blow in a 2-1 victory over Brighton in the Premier League and missed training on Tuesday.

United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said 23-year-old Rashford will be available for the trip to Spain, although he is unlikely to play the entire game.

“I can not reveal my team, we are not going to do that,” said Solskjaer at a press conference. “Marcus will travel and we have to make a decision tomorrow: if he plays from the beginning or starts on the bench. I don't think I will play 90 minutes ”.

In doubt between De Gea and Henderson

Goalkeeper Dean Henderson, who started in David de Gea's place for the seventh consecutive game against Brighton, is in a position to put on his gloves against Granada and Solskjaer said he has to choose between the two depending on the game.

“I cannot prioritize the league or the Europa League. The next game is the most important, ”he said. “David has been a first-rate goalkeeper and he continues to be a first-rate goalkeeper. I feel comfortable playing with David or Dean and delighted that either of them is happy to be a substitute. “

Granada, ninth in the Spanish league, have lost their last three games in all competitions, but Solskjaer expects a tough test on Thursday.

Solskjaer's praise for Granada

“They are full of experience and character, which is expected of teams that have recently promoted,” he said. “Great season last year and I think they are one of the teams that have played the most games this season.”

Solskjaer also said that Anthony Martial has started his recovery after suffering a knee injury with his national team, but is unlikely to play for the rest of the season. “If we see him before the end of the season it will surprise me a lot,” he said. “He wants to get back as quickly as possible.”
