Carmen Lomana has reported in Public mirror the robbery she suffered at her home this Sunday, just before she planned to leave home to attend Nuria Roca’s program on laSexta. “I took a stick, a knife and called them scoundrels.” Finally the two criminals fled before the police arrived and she hid in the kitchen of her house.
Lomana connected this Monday with Public mirror, where he collaborates, to tell what happened through a live connection from the doors of his home. Among the journalists who listened to her on set, Gema Lopez y Pilar Vidal. The latter has questioned her version of what happened and Carmen has become enraged upon hearing it.
“Since yesterday I have seen you appear on all the television channels. I understand that tonight you have not been able to sleep… At four in the afternoon all of Spain knew it,” Vidal dropped. “What a coincidence that there is a wave of famous robberies and that you are the only famous one in Madrid… It’s very coincidental.”
Astonished, Lomana replied: “I don’t like what you’re saying at all.” Pilar has not remained silent: “You just needed to be with the Minister of the Interior.” Carmen then responded: “You questioned me… You said what a coincidence… Do you think it’s a setup, that when I had to go to the program I told some hooded men in tracksuits to go up to the house and break the door?” and everything else? I don’t need that, I am known and loved enough that many people when they find out worry.”
Thus, for those who accuse her of being an editor, she has a message: “I hope that never happens to you, that you find two very big men covered up. They knew where I lived, but I don’t know if they knew who I was.”
Ironically, Vidal replied: “You are trained in self-defense…”. And Lomana added, very angry: “That’s you… If you keep saying impertinences, maybe you’re going to have problems with someone.” Astonished, Vidal continued to tangle the thread: “Are you threatening me? Lomana has stated: “Everyone can think what they want… But you have to have a bad idea to think that someone would set up such a thing when they had to go to work. How can you doubt me?”
