The front Marco Ruben announced this Saturday that he made the decision to don't play professional football in what subtraction from 2020, in a determination that he communicated to Rosario Central, club where he served in the last season.
“I want to formalize my decision to don't play professional football during the remainder of this year 2020. While I feel this as a pause in my career, time and circumstances will tell if this pause is it definitive or not“, sentenced in a statement where the possibility of hanging the boots permanently is suspended.
“I don't live this as a farewell but I feel opportune thank everyone Central for these years traveled together, which were undoubtedly the most important in my life as a footballer, “added the 33-year-old forward who, in addition to Rosario Central in his career he visited the colors of River Plate, Recreational and Villarreal from Spain, Dynamo Kiev from Ukraine, Evián from France, Tigers from Mexico and Atlético Paranaense from Brazil.
The forward had maintained several communications with Cristian 'Kily' González, brand-new coach of Rosario Central, to define its future after having concluded on June 30 its contractual link with the Rosario institution.
