Lim's opposition is 11,000 actions away from being able to prosecute him

LibertadVCF, a platform linked to the ‘From Torino to Mestalla’ movement, notified yesterday that it has registered 25,000 shares of Valencia CF SAD. Only in the last week has collected 10,000 titles. 23 days before the Shareholders' Meeting, it is 11,000 shares away from reaching its goal of concentrating 1% of the share capital, a percentage that will allow them to start overseeing the management of Lim's Board of Directors.

What can you do with that 1%? Mainly, contest the corporate resolutions adopted at the Meeting or by the Board of Directors, that is, open judicial fronts to Lim. But, above all, you can request a shareholder census, a list that would help them fight for their second objective: the 5% of the share capital (180,000 shares), a percentage that would already allow them to examine internal club documentation, including player transfer operations.

Lim controls 84.48% of the club, that is, among small shareholders there are 550,000 (15.52%). There are former presidents or former councilors – with more than a thousand titles each – with whom ‘From Torino to Mestalla’ is speaking to join the opposition to Lim. At the moment Antonio Sesé is the only one who has confirmed that he is transferring his shares to LibertadVCF. But there are others like Vicente Silla, Peris Frígola, Pepe Ramos, VIcente Alegre, Manuel Llorente, Vicente Andreu or Pedro Cortés who have a significant number of shares.
