Gaby Deck extends her contract with Real Madrid until 2028

MADRID, 28 Jun. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Real Madrid confirmed this Wednesday the extension of the contract that unites the Argentine forward Gaby Deck until June 30, 2028, four more years than he had signed after his return last year to the Madrid team.

Deck, currently recovering from the serious knee injury produced in the fourth game of the Euroleague quarterfinal ‘Playoff’ against Serbian Partizan, had signed until 2024 after returning in early 2022 from the NBA, from Oklahoma City Thunder, to whom he had left at the end in the spring of 2021.

The ‘Tortuga’, who as a Real Madrid player has won one Euroleague, two Endesa Leagues, one Copa del Rey and four Spanish Super Cups, has been practically a key player in his two spells for both Pablo Laso and Chus Mateo. In this recently concluded season, before getting injured, he had averaged 12.3 points, 5.4 rebounds and a PIR of 15.7 in the Regular Phase of the Euroleague, and 9.1 points, 4.8 rebounds and a PIR of 12.6 valuation in the Endesa League.
