Felipe Reyes, Feliciano, Theresa Zabell and La Vuelta, María de Villota and Ciudad de la Raqueta Awards 2020

Former basketball player Felipe Reyes, tennis player Feliciano López, ex-regatista Theresa Zabell or La Vuelta a España will receive the VII María de Villota Awards and IX Ciudad de la Raqueta Awards of the 2020 edition during the gala that will be held this Monday (7:00 p.m. hours) in the City of the Racket in Madrid.

In addition, Antonio Zapatero, Informe Robinson, Joma, Tennis Group Academy, Gaby Reca and Seba Nerone and the Aspado Foundation complete the list of awards for the 2020 edition, which are delivered this Monday after the gala had to be suspended last year for the coronavirus pandemic.

The winners of 2021 will be made public in the coming weeks. The jury for the María de Villota and Ciudad de la Raqueta Awards is chaired by Emilio de Villota and Javier Martí and made up of José Luis Llorente; Emilio Sánchez Vicario; Jota Abril, Raúl Chapado, Hernán Auguste; Iñigo Jofre, Pedro Pérez, Manuel Martín, Jacobo Beltrán, David Ramírez, Marina Hernanz, Alfonso Jiménez, Virginia Ruano and Javier Arenzana.

Among the María de Villota Awards, Theresa Zabell will collect the Sports Career Award, while Felipe Reyes will do the same with the Sports Achievement Award.

For his part, at the City of the Racket Awards, Feliciano López will receive the Tennis Career Award; Gabriel Reca and Sebastián Nerone, the Padel Career Award; La Vuelta, the Sports Event Award; Tennis Group Academy, the Sports Institution Award; JOMA, the Sports Company Award; ASPADO, the Solidarity Award; Robinson Report, the Sports Communication Award; and Antonio Zapatero Gaviria, the Ciudad de la Raqueta Special Prize.
