The Spanish coach David Gordo returns to the coaching staff of the Spanish team in its lower categories, with a first position as assistant coach of Santi Denia until the Euro Under-21 this summer and, later, taking charge of the Under-15 and Under-16.
“David Gordo (Alcalá de Henares, 1970) joins the coaching staff of the lower categories of the Spanish National Team and from August he will be in charge of the sub-15 and sub-16 teams. Until that date he will act as Santi’s assistant coach Denia during the European under-21 that Spain will play from June 21 in Georgia and Romania,” announced the RFEF.
The Madrid coach begins his second stage in the Royal Spanish Football Federation, where he also worked as a coach in the lower categories of the National Team from 2013 to 2022 with different responsibilities.
