Carmen Borrego pulls exclusive to show her mother's house: “I have never expected her to die to inherit”

The Campos family paid a heartfelt tribute to their mother on Three Kings Night, the day that TVE chose to broadcast the great program they prepared in her honor. Days after this tribute to the communication figure, Carmen Borrego has starred in a new exclusive in which she has shown the house in Malaga that she and her sister, Terelu Camposthey have inherited.

“This for me will always be my mother's house”says the youngest sister of the Campos in Readingsits flagship magazine, this Wednesday. “There are still many things about her here. She is always there. I always have her very close, I talk to her whenever I can”, Add. He has also explained the reason why he has made this new exclusive: “I made it in tribute to my mother from this house, which will continue to be hers even though it is now ours”. Due to the criticism that may come, he advances: “I think my mother will be proud of me and he's the only person that matters to me what he thinks, even though he can no longer know what he thinks.

Regarding her mother's inheritance, she clarifies that she does not want to talk about the subject: “I don't want to go into what she gave out or not. My mother was super careful until the end. I have never expected him to die to inherit, it seems very ugly to me“.

Borrego has also spoken of the moment when he entered María Teresa's house in Madrid for the first time after her death: “It took me about fifteen days to go and I felt her still there. It is very hard that she is no longer there. Who are you to touch his things? It's horrible, but it gave me peace to smell it. I have things about her that I smell every day. Like a pashmina that she wore a lot.” It must be remembered that the communicator lived for rent on the outskirts of Madrid after selling her mansion in Molino de la Hoz, in Las Rozas, in 2021.

Carmen has also spoken about Christmas, the hardest for the Campos clan due to the death of its matriarch on September 5: “On Christmas Eve we were at Terelu's house. She spent the day crying and the same thing happened to me. I think we both came to the table very crying. But we kept it together.” She also remembers: “For Christmas they came to my house to eat. Also Rocío and Fidel.” New Year's Eve was more bitter: “I didn't eat the grapes because I couldn't even swallow. “I tried for my husband, for my daughter, but it was impossible.”

Regarding the TVE tribute, which he directed, he says that he did not have the strength to watch it on television: “I had already cried a lot for Christmas and New Year, I didn't want to spend Twelfth Night crying too. I'll see about it later.”
