William Carvalho, low for the first day against Villarreal

MADRID, 9 Ago. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Portuguese midfielder for Betis, William Carvalho, will be out for the start of LaLiga EA Sports against Villarreal due to an injury to the soleus of his right leg, as reported by the club’s medical services on Wednesday.

The Portuguese international had a physical problem in the match against Sevilla FC played in Guadalajara last Thursday, and after undergoing tests on his return from the tour, it has been confirmed that he is suffering from a muscle injury in the middle third of the soleus of his right leg. His return to group work will depend on his evolution.

Carvalho joins the loss of Nabil Fekir, in the case of the long-term Frenchman, and they are the only two Betic players that coach Manuel Pellegrini will not be able to count on due to injury for the league debut that will take place next Sunday against Villarreal at the La Cerámica Stadium.
