UEFA confirms that Valencia-Atalanta and Inter-Getafe will be held behind closed doors

The UEFA, following the decisions taken by the relevant authorities in Italy and Spain, in relation to measures taken to prevent coronavirus, has reported that the dispute between Valencia-Atalanta, Champions League, and Inter Milan-Getafe, Europa League matches will be played on the scheduled day but behind closed doors.

In a statement issued by the European body, The closed-door dispute for Valencia-Atalanta is confirmed, Return of the round of 16 of the Champions League, on March 10, at 9:00 p.m. CET (8:00 p.m. GMT); and of Inter Milan-Getafe, First leg of the round of 16 of the Europa League, on March 12, at 9:00 p.m. (8:00 p.m. GMT).

It also indicates that the matches scheduled for the next week of the Youth Champions League to be played in Italy will also be behind closed doors. Among them is Juventus Turin-Real Madrid, postponed this week and will be held on March 11, at 15.00 CET (14.00 GMT), of the round of 16.

In addition, it is noted that “in due course, any additional updates on other UEFA matches will be published.”
