The SEPE, at its Electronic Headquarters, has the service ‘Demand procedures‘, in which access to the services of each autonomous community is facilitated in the section’ Access your Autonomous Community ‘. Access to this online processing of the job application can be achieved by means of a digital certificate (you can obtain it in four simple steps) or an electronic DNI.
If the citizen resides in the cities of Ceuta or Melilla, he can renew the job application online and through the ‘My application procedures’ service. There they will be able not only to renew it, but also to register as applicants, obtain a duplicate of the application …
The citizen can also choose to do the face-to-face renewal at the SEPE office that corresponds to your address. To do this, you must make an appointment in advance, something you can do by calling the 24-hour telephone number 91 273 83 84. The agency has a list of telephone numbers for its provincial offices on its website, which is also useful.
In addition, the SEPE allows you to obtain a prior appointment through its Electronic Headquarters, in the service ‘Make an appointment to be attended by the SEPE‘, with digital certificate, electronic DNI or Cl @ ve PIN.
