The new Sevillian footstep of Ana Rosa Quintana with views of the Maestranza: neighbor of Carlos Herrera

The presenter has expanded her real estate assets. Madrid, Jarandilla de la Vera (Cáceres), Sotogrande (Cádiz) and, now, Seville. Ana Rosa Quintana has bought a new home in the Andalusian capital for which he would have paid 1.5 million euros. She has acquired this property halves with her husband, Juan Muñoz, and without a mortgage. The purchase would have been made upon his return from cancer leave. It is published by the magazine Lectures. It must be remembered that Ana Rosa returned to her morning program on Telecinco in October of last year.

It is an apartment in a stately estate with dream views of the Maestranza and the Guadalquivir river. The property, says the magazine, has 225 meters. It is currently in the reform phase. At the time the journalist bought it, it had four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It so happens that she will be a neighbor of Carlos Herrera. The veteran journalist, director of Herrera at COPE, owns a duplex in the same building, advances Lectures. Both are also very close friends.

The Mediaset presenter lives in her house in the north of Madrid, a charming two-story villa with a beautiful garden. In addition, she loves to spend weekends at her house in Jarandilla de la Vera, near Cuacos de Yuste (Cáceres). There Ana Rosa and Juan have an orchard, a chicken coop and olive trees. Alejandro Sanz y Miguel Bose, lovers of this natural landscape, also bought neighboring farms. A refuge for the summers is Sotogrande (Cádiz). In the urbanization, in San Roque, the couple enjoys a holiday of sun, beach and sea. “Sotogrande my paradise”, Ana Rosa has shared on her networks on one occasion.
