Spanish radio in recent decades and sports journalism in general cannot be understood without the figure of José Ramón de la Morena. The historic journalist closed his professional stage on the radio, after several decades being one of the most important, with an emotional and special program released this past June 30.
And for that farewell, in addition to countless gestures towards his spectacular career, he wanted to make a large number of winks to the club of his loves, the Atlético de Madrid. The Madrid native never hid his colors, a rarity in sports journalism, and wanted to say goodbye to his career in the Wanda Metropolitano, with a good number of protagonists linked to the mattress club.
