The Huesca City Council does not close the El Alcoraz football stadium “for the moment”

HUESCA, Nov. 3 (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Huesca City Council has reported that it is not closing “for the moment” the El Alcoraz football stadium, where Sociedad Deportiva Huesca currently plays.

The Huesca City Council has indicated that there is an open process for receiving and studying the necessary documentation on the environmental license that allows the normal functioning of the sports infrastructure.

For its part, Sociedad Deportiva Huesca has released an official statement stating that “there is no decree” ordering the immediate closure of the El Alcoraz stadium, as reported this Friday, November 3, by El Periódico de Aragón.

From the sports entity, they have assured that, in coordination with the Huesca City Council, they have carried out the necessary actions to obtain an environmental license for classified activity that encompasses all the uses that are currently carried out in the stadium.

Specifically, they have pointed out that during 15 years 18 actions have been carried out on the primitive field of El Alcoraz, causing “the need to incorporate” new uses that did not initially exist such as restaurants, museums or cafes, among other services. .

Finally, the football team has informed the fans and the rest of the public that the Huesca stadium has not been closed by the Huesca City Council.
