The Generalitat gives the OK to 24 as the electoral date

The Generalitat, through the secretary of L'Esport, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of the Interior, gave the go-ahead to January 24 as the official date for the elections to the presidency of the Barça institution. The Barça Management Commission must now confirm in the protocol in how many seats will vote and if it will be in one or two days. The preference of the club, to save costs, is that it be in one. The Generalitat prefers two, but it will not interfere with Barça's desire if several venues are set and crowds are avoided. In addition to the Camp Nou esplanade, the Ciutat Esportiva de Sant Joan Despí and the Estadi Johan Cruyff appear as possible voting venues.

Once January 24 has been confirmed as the day to elect the 41st president in the history of Barcelona, ​​these will be the key dates. In principle, between December 18 and 22, the call for elections will be published and the lottery will be held for the election and appointment of the members of the Board and the Electoral Table. Between December 23 and 24, the electoral Board and Board will be constituted. Between December 25 and 29, the electoral roll will be published, with the logical deadline for claims. Between December 30 and January 1, the definitive registration of the census will take place. From January 2 to 11, candidates will present their signatures.
