The Dux will have until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday to register their players

MADRID, 30 Ago. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Sole Judge of non-professional competitions of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has set the deadline for the International Doge to submit the request for the licenses of players, coaches and other members of the team for 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, September 1 to be able to play in the First RFEF, as well as for the teams interested in their place to express “their interest” to be able to occupy it.

“The RFEF informs that (…) the Sole Judge of non-professional competitions has decided to consider that, in order to guarantee the participation rights of the International Doge in the category of the First Federation, it must be contemplated that the maximum limit for the request for The licenses of players, coaches and other members of the team is set for next September 1 at 11:59 p.m. “, the RFEF said in a statement.

Last Friday, the RFEF began the process to remove the DUX Internacional from the First RFEF and confirmed the postponement of its Saturday match against RC Deportivo in Riazor, after the Madrid team reported that it could not meet the requirements to compete in the third division of Spanish football and that he was not going to show up for the match on the first day.

In addition, it is required that, in order to guarantee “parity of conditions and rights in the competition of the other clubs” and given the proximity of the duel scheduled for the weekend against AD Mérida, “request and arrange before Wednesday 31 August at 12:00 noon of the minimum number of licences” or that he deposits or guarantees “493,317 euros” before the RFEF, which represents “the amount of economic damage that would be caused to the other clubs in the same group in the event of non-participation”.

In addition, the Sole Judge considers that the fact that the Dux can continue with options to compete despite not meeting the conditions supposes “a more favorable situation and better right” for the Madrid club, for which it establishes “a provisional measure that balances” the rights of all the clubs.

“Due to the immediacy of the start of the competitions in the lower categories, the Single Judge has set a deadline for clubs with sporting merits to express their interest in registration and prove compliance with the minimum requirements established in each category in the assuming that, once the deadlines have expired, Club Dux Internacional SL will not compete in the First Federation, as well as the deadline for Club Dux Internacional SL to express its interest in participating in the Second Federation and prove the minimum requirements to participate in the same if it deems it appropriate,” he added.
