The Cádiz plane makes an emergency landing in Seville and will not participate in the tribute to Mágico González

MADRID, 27 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The plane in which the Cádiz CF expedition was traveling had to make an emergency landing at the Seville airport after “a mechanical failure” in the device, which was going to take them to El Salvador to play a tribute match to former Cádiz player Jorge ‘ Magico’ González.

“Given the circumstances and the impossibility of finding a solution on the part of the airline, the trip to El Salvador has been canceled. From now on we will work to fulfill our commitment to Jorge ‘Mágico’ González, El Salvador and the Salvadorans,” reported the Andalusian entity.

The device, which departed from the Jerez airport, suffered a technical problem on board and was diverted to the Seville airport in an emergency. The maneuver, which ended without incident, caused waits on three other flights.
