Surprise in the trial of Daniel Sancho: the police report indicates that they found Edwin’s chest but no one knows where it is

The third week of the trial against Daniel Sancho for the murder and dismemberment of Edwin Arrieta and he has done so with a major surprise that has revolutionized the courtroom and greatly angered the judge himself. And the Thai police report states that Edwin Arrieta’s torso (one of the keys to determining the cause of his death and which, presumably, they never found) appears as one of the parts found in the sea, in a bag of plastic 300 meters from the shore.

Police document number 241 to which you have had access We’ll see declares that among the remains of Edwin Arrieta found they found “three parts of the corpse: the left hand, the skull and its thorax”. The information left those present upset and the magistrate intervened, visibly upset: “Did they find this man’s torso or not?” he said. The police officer who wrote the report has stated that “I only transcribed what the bosses told me” and has evaded responsibilities, without answering the judge’s question either.

The journalist Álvaro López, in Thailand these days, assures that “officially the thorax is not there” and has revealed a new inconsistency in the Thai police report: the official documents, which state that there is a thorax among the body parts found, date from August 4, but the police report says that the body parts found appeared days after the crime was committed (on the 4th they found the legs in the Koh Phangan landfill, inside black bags covered with green bags, on August 6 they moved to Salad Beach, where the other remains appeared).

This inconsistency in the police report joins that of the famous Edwin Arrieta t-shirt, which showed an alleged stab wound, according to Big Joke, although there was no trace of blood on the fabric. Despite all these inconsistencies, the forensic report remains valid evidence in the procedure.
