Spain will go with ten ‘pistards’ to this week’s World Cup in Roubaix

The national track cycling coach, Juan Martínez Oliver, has selected ten cyclists to compete in the World Cup that will be held from this Wednesday to next Sunday in the French town of Roubaix.

Those chosen by the coach are the sprinters Juan Peralta, Ekain Jiménez, Alejandro Martínez and Helena Casas, and the long distance runners Sebastián Mora, Erik Martorell, Illart Zuazubiskar, Tania Calvo, Eukene Larrarte and Ziortza Isasi.

As reported on Monday by the Royal Spanish Cycling Federation (RFEC), Martínez Oliver will decide on Tuesday which tests each of these ten Spanish cyclists run.
