Sabadell leaves relegation with a great game in Las Palmas

Sabadell comes out of relegation after beating Las Palmas 1-0 thanks to a goal from Juan Hernández in the second half. Sabadell confirmed in Las Palmas that away from home it is another team. Antonio Hidalgo's pupils were superior throughout the game. In the first half hour they had the best option in a shot by Alvaro Vázquez that Domínguez took out. Las Palmas only disturbed in a shot in the air by Araujo.

In minute 36 came one of the key plays of the game. Stoichkov's great deep pass over Alvaro Vázquez and goalkeeper Domínguez locks the Harlequin forward on the line. The referee whistled a foul and sent off the island goal.

Sabadell wasted their best chance of the first half on a Stoichkov header that Valles cleared with difficulty.

Las Palmas, which was forced to make three changes already at half-time, was armed behind in search of some against. Harlequin changes did pay off. In minute 62, Juan Hernández, who had been on the pitch for four minutes, was hitting Vallés with a cross-kick. From there until the end of the game, only one shot from the local Mujica deflected and one action from the visitor Edgar.
