Neymar accuses the referees of not having helped him

For the third time Neymar turned to the networks to express his opinion about his action and his expulsion after the blow he gave to the Marseille defender Álvaro González on Sunday and on Monday afternoon the Brazilian star of PSG held the referees responsible in some way of his reaction against the defender. Neymar affirmed that he asked the referees for help and they ignored him.

“My teammates and I asked the referees for help, but we were ignored by these intolerant actions. I am black, son of black, grandson of black. I don't see myself different from anyone, “said Neymar, who accuses Álvaro González of having directed racist insults at him without the officials, Neymar said, intervening.

Regarding these insults, Neymar said on Instagram: “Should I have ignored it? Now, with a cool head, I think so. But my teammates and I asked the referees for help and we were ignored, that's the question ”.

PSG lost the classic 1-0 against Marseille (who beat their great rival for the first time at the Parc des Princes since 2010) and the fight between players from both teams ended with five sent off: Neymar, Layvin Kurzawa and Leandro Paredes for the Parisian team, Amavi and Darío Benedetto for the Marseille team.

The LFP will meet this Wednesday to decide the sanctions for those five players expelled from the game and determine the number of games to which they could be suspended.
