Does anyone remember a competition called League of Nations? Clues: played in September, October and November 2018, just after the World Cup in Russia. It was the debut of Luis Enrique, that generated illusin winning in Wembley England (1-2) and beating Croatia (6-0). So much illusin gener as disappointment came upon him, because he lost with England at home (2-3) and with Croatia in Zagreb (3-2). It was, summing up a lot, la competition that was invented by UEFA two years ago to avoid inconsequential friendlies.

Well, in the next autumn the second edition of the tournament, that beyond his little prestige, beyond his bisoez, provokes attractive confrontations. This Tuesday has taken place in Amsterdam the draw and, to go to the nearest, Spain has been framed in Group 4 of League A next to Germany, Switzerland and Ukraine.

There will, therefore, be a double duel with those of Joachim Lw that presumably mark the leadership of the group. Because, it should be remembered, the competition system dictates that the first four of the League A groups play a Final-Four from June 2 to 6, 2021 in a city to be determined.

The last four, by the way, go down to League B (there are also Leagues C and D). Therefore, the official competition must be faced by Luis Enrique's team two months after finishing the European Championship (from June 12 to July 12).
