Max Clark (Vitesse), Sevilla's option for the left back

Sevilla continues to comb the market in search of a left back after the departure of Sergio Reguilón. The first name that appears on Monchi's list is that of the Real Madrid defender himself, who has left a very good feeling at Sánchez-Pizjuán.

The big drawback is the high price that the white team puts to let their youth squad out again. The merengue team wants to make Reguilón cash and asks for him about 25 million euros, so for the moment the attempts of Sevilla to sign him have been parked waiting for a better opportunity.

Alex Telles, Porto side, appears as an alternative to Reguilón, but today it seems like a complicated option. As MD has been able to know, the name of Max Clark, the English side of Vitesse, also appears in Sevilla's orbit.

The 24-year-old defender has had a great season with the Dutch team and it would be an economical option as he does not exceed 2 million euros, given that he faces his last year of contract.

After leaving Hull City, Clark made the most of his Eredivise adventure and quietly became one of the best full-backs in the competition. This season he has played a total of 23 games, 22 of them as a starter, in which he has made 3 assists and a goal.

The Englishman stands out for his physical power (he measures 1.80 m.) And his projection in attack, being one of the sides that places the most centers in the area. Last December his name appeared among the best full-backs in England, entering the best 'eleven' based on statistics.

Clark's performance has aroused interest in several clubs in England and also in Elche, recently promoted to First Division and seeking quality reinforcements to try to stay in the elite.
