Málaga says goodbye with a respectful message to those affected by the ERE

Hard day at Málaga Club de Fútbol. 36 club employees have been affected by an Employment Regulation File. The fearsome ERE. Some of them have put an end to long and effective careers such as Miguel Zambrana (three decades as an essential user) or Marcelino Torronterri (masseur, recuperator, ATS … of everything!).

In this situation, Malaga wanted to publicize a farewell message through its official media, showing all its respect to these people who have lost their jobs. Due to the complicated situation that, unfortunately, the entity is suffering due to the disastrous management of Mr. Abdullah Bin Nasser Al Thani.

For your interest we reproduce this message in its literality.

“Dear Malaguista Family. A difficult day is coming for the Entity. Today we say goodbye to workers who have left their souls for this club. It is a harsh reality that we must assume for the sake of the viability of our beloved Málaga CF.

To all of you who leave your job we say goodbye with great sadness. This will always be your home. Thank you for your work and dedication. You have made this shield bigger and all the successes of the future will also be thanks to you. Good luck in all your projects ”.

The judicial administrator of Malaga, José María Muñoz, decided to apply this measure, among others, in the context of the bad economic situation. The club needs to undertake a crash plan to survive and to adjust the unbalanced salary limit
