The event has had the support and collaboration of the Madrid Basketball Federation, and a team of volunteers assigned to the successful FEB-CaixaBank Volunteer Program has also participated.

In addition to the competitive matches, a wheelchair basketball exhibition tournament was held, a specialty that was present at this Plaza 3×3 CaixaBank 2023 and of which CaixaBank is also an official sponsor via the Spanish Federation of Athletes with Physical Disabilities ( FEDDF).
