Juan José Ballesta testifies before the judge for an alleged sexual assault on a friend

The actor Juan José Ballesta (35) will testify this Tuesday in the Parla courts, in Madrid, as an investigator for the alleged commission of a crime of sexual assault. A woman who claims to be her friend reported him for some acts that had been committed on a night of drugs and alcohol last July.

The alleged victim, 47 years old, denounced the protagonist of The ball and another person for a crime against sexual freedom. “I lived a nightmare… With his hand he hurt me. I only ask for justice,” he said last October on Telecinco.

“He took his hand and hurt me there and “He abused me on the street.”, He explained, protecting his identity, with his voice distorted and his back turned. According to her testimony, both had consumed some type of narcotic substances.

Furthermore, the complainant pointed out that the interpreter was looking for heroin and that he stole 200 euros from her: “I had an interview on TV the next day and I needed heroin to calm down“.

The woman has a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenia and was admitted to a psychiatric center for twelve days after what happened. After receiving her discharge, she reported the events to the Parla National Police.

The actor’s lawyer, Beatriz Uriarte, assures that he did not know the complainant. “My client does not know this person, nor can I provide much more information about the procedure,” she declared.

After the complaint came to light, the artist assured that “it’s all a lie.” “It’s going to be solved. You know me. Words are unnecessary. Whatever I have to say about this girl I will say in court. I’m quiet, “I have nothing more to say on this subject,” he said.
