Jaén hosts this Sunday the last stop of the Plaza 3×3 CaixaBank

The Plaza de Santa María de Jaén this Sunday will be the setting for the Plaza 3×3 CaixaBank event that will sign its 2021 edition and that will take advantage of the fact that the following day the Spanish men’s team will play against Georgia, corresponding to the qualification for the 2023 World Cup .

More than 200 players have registered for this final day of this free outdoor 3×3 basketball circuit that has also passed through Valencia, Castellón, Málaga, Barcelona, ​​Madrid, Cáceres, Guadalajara, Huelva, Almería and Leganés.

As reported by the FEB, the day will start around 10:00 am and is scheduled to end early in the afternoon, and will be held in strict compliance with health protocols to ensure the health of participants and visitors. In addition to the competition matches of all categories, prizes and gifts will be distributed, and FEB Ambassador Fernando Romay will organize and entertain shooting and skill contests for all participants.

The event has the support of the Jaén City Council, the Provincial Council and the Andalusian Basketball Federation, as well as the participation of a team of about 25 volunteers, assigned to the FEB-CaixaBank Volunteer Program.
