Granada returns to the pending work of the PCR

Robert Moreno directs this afternoon (7:00 p.m.) the first training session of Granada after the Christmas holidays. It will be a very atypical training session, clearly marked by the sixth wave of COVID-19 and by the many positives that are being registered in Spanish football. Players and coaches have undergone antigen and PCR tests in the early afternoon essential before returning to group work. It will be tomorrow Thursday when the club announces the results of the same.

However, the Catalan coach did not want to wait another day to put his players to work and Granada held their first work session. Yes indeed, maintaining at all times the COVID protocol imposed by LaLiga and exercising separately and individually each of the players.

It will be this Thursday when work will return to normal and Robert Moreno can bring the group together (the session will take place at 10:30 am). Those positive for COVID, if any, will be separated from the dynamics of the team and must be quarantined.

In Los Cármenes they cross their fingers so that the coronavirus does not have too much impact on the Nasrid team. Sunday’s rival, Elche, has confirmed 12 positives in its squad, eight of them in players who will surely miss the appointment against Granada at the Martínez Valero.
