Frank Cuesta has ruled on the great case of the week, that of the son of Rodolfo Sancho. Daniel Sancho entered provisional prison on Monday, August 7, after confessing to the murder and dismemberment of Colombian surgeon Edwin Arrieta in Thailand. He is accused of premeditated murder and could even face a possible death penalty in the Asian country.
It must be remembered that Frank lived and raised a family with his ex-wife, Yuye, in Thailand. She was convicted of a crime of drug trafficking -5 milligrams of cocaine- and entered a Thai jail to serve 15 years of sentence. Finally, in November 2020, she was released after six and a half years in jail.
After his experience, Cuesta has spoken about Sancho’s case on his YouTube channel: “Women’s prisons have nothing to do with men’s. He will have to serve a minimum of eight to 10 years in prison in Thailand and if they want to keep him in the best possible conditions, they will go bankrupt. You can’t buy the hosts you receive, and famous people or family members with money usually have a hard time”.
In this sense, he added: “With a lot of money they can bring you food. If they want this boy to be alive and more or less half healthy, the family will be half ruined. For me, Yuyee was in good condition for six years and a half cost me around 200,000 euros”.
Regarding his ex-wife, he explained how he is today: “I know how Yuyee came out, I know how he is, he is in recovery and he was in a women’s prison, which is not the same as a men’s prison.”
Frank Cuesta began a tireless battle in 2014 to request the release of the mother of his children (Zipi, Zape, Zorro and Pepsi), from whom he separated in 2012. Under the motto #FreeYuyee, the adventurer did not cease in his efforts to get Yuyee’s release. Frank turned to the media and also to political institutions, which he has always criticized for not helping him enough.
