The Golden State Warriors may be the NBA team that needs help the most at the trade deadline. They have said on the record as well as in tips to many news outlets that they want to make a change.
It would be surprising if the Warriors didn’t do a thing before the trade deadline on February 8. They could make a move that changes the team forever, which could mean that one or more of their great players leave.
As Curry quite honestly put it, the Warriors have been in a terrible mood lately. Their two home losses in lopsided games have added to the problems they’ve had this season, on as well as off the court.
After Draymond Green was suspended, Chris Paul got hurt, and Andrew Wiggins disappeared, the Warriors will look to bring in some new players to fix a few problems.
News sources say that everyone but Curry has been put on the table as a possible deal option.

With Siakam, Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Chris Paul, and Draymond Green, Golden State could at least make the playoffs.
The Warriors just finished a seven-game homestand which was probably their best chance to turn around their season.
They went 2–5 with some losses, like the Pelicans’ 36–point thrashing that made fans boo in the Chase Center.
Those fans are now putting all their hopes on the final day for trades, hoping that something, anything, will happen to save the season and keep the title run going for a little longer.
To do this, Shams Charnaia in Fan Duel’s Run it Back show says that the Warriors’ front office sees everyone who isn’t Stephen Curry as tradeable.
This is, in some ways, the right way for GM Mike Dunleavy and the front office to think: look into everything.
The Warriors COULD try to make a big trade at the deadline by sending Chris Paul and his $30 million, non-guaranteed deal to a team that has a first-round pick and a potential young player like Jonathan Kuminga or Moses Moody.
